How we work
We’re an independent team at Hola Money Sociedad Limitada, based in Almería and working the calm, sustainable way: real ownership, no theatre. We care about craft, clear writing and shipping things that keep working long after launch. We build for the long term, not the next funding round.
- Remote-friendly, EU-based. Work from wherever in the EU suits you, with overlap with our Almería hours.
- Big surface, real autonomy. You’ll touch the whole stack - Laravel, Haraka/SMTP, deliverability, the dashboard - and your decisions stick.
- Deep work over busywork. Few meetings, written-first, async by default.
- Honest products. We don’t overclaim to customers, and we don’t to each other.
Who tends to thrive here
People who enjoy unglamorous, high-trust infrastructure - email deliverability, queues, DNS, the stuff that has to just work. People who write clearly, take ownership end-to-end, and would rather make something simple and dependable than something flashy and fragile.
