Everything Buzzmark runs on sits with EU providers, on EU soil. This page lists the actual infrastructure behind the Service - layer by layer, provider by provider - so you can see exactly where your data is. For what this means contractually, see our EU data residency page and Data Processing Agreement.

Dashboard & application
The Buzzmark dashboard and the application behind it - your account, message log, domains and settings - are hosted by Hetzner in Germany.
Email sending & IP space
Our email sending infrastructure and our IP namespace run on hardware provided by clouding.io in Spain. These are the machines, and the IP addresses, that actually deliver your mail.
Backups
Backups are stored in three independent locations: Hetzner in Germany, Scaleway in France, and our own private facility in Spain. All three are in the EU.
Uptime monitoring
External uptime monitoring is provided by Uptime Robot in Slovakia. It checks our external ports from the outside to confirm the Service is reachable - no user data is sent to it.
Analytics
Website analytics are private and anonymous, hosted in Germany. No Google Analytics - your visit to our site is not fed into an advertising network.
